Minecraft crashing after ~1h10m

I will date the error-logs [dd.mm.yy] since I got multiple of them with the (I assume) same error.
I also attached my mod-list.

latest.log or debug.log has been created each time. I had a look in the
hs_err_pid***.log files and since I am not able to fully interpret what is going on I am seeking for help in this discord.If this is not a DH-related crash then I am really sorry for the inconvenience!!
