Billing problem

Hello, good day everyone,

I have been getting the following error for 1 week when I want to upgrade my workers subscription.

You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until all invoices are paid. Download each "Unpaid" invoice on your Billing page and click the "Pay online" link within each invoice to fix your account (Code: 1323)

There was an error enabling Workers

All my invoices have been paid. There is no invoice to pay. I created a support request but I have not received a response for 1 week. How can I solve the problem?
