good ping and decent fps but still lagging

i keep getting small lag spikes almost like everything is skipping a frame especially when I'm in a gunfight even though i have good ping and fps someone pls help

good ping and decent fps but still lagging

i keep getting small lag spikes almost like everything is skipping a frame especially when I'm in a gunfight even though i have good ping and fps someone pls help
