Hello

Hello I noticed that in last payouts there are some chargebacks. I have a few questions about it: - can we (as developer) see that information somewhere else than payouts? - how those chargebacks are verified? - how unused rental period is calculated?

checking with team! 1. no, only on the payouts for now 2. there are 2 types of chargebacks - there is some problem with the Actor, or the user’s account, we do manual verification - when the pricing model changes from rental to something else (see 3) 3. example: imagine a user rents an Actor for 1 month for $50 but after 14 days, the Actor switches to other pricing model, e.g. pay-per-result. In this case, we would return the half of the rent (i.e. $25) to the user, and subtract it from the payout. I.e. the payout would contain +50-25 = 25 from this rent hope this answers everything

nope if I rent an actor today for $50 for a month and then in 14 days, the price is increase to $100, I can still use it for a month from now and only after a month, I’ll be charged $100 for the next month

there is some problem with the Actor, or the user’s account, in which case we cancel the rent manually and return the rent, or part of the rent to the user. Hence, the verification here is manual by us.
