Need help with a suspension

Hey i am dealing with an account suspension and i was told if it was to be lifted or there was more needed info id get a reply back. However they said if the penalty is not to be lifted/changed they wouldn't send a reply back. The thing is the ticket got marked as solved and i haven't gotten an answer back and i am confused if i should wait or it has already been dealt with
