Give option unavailable for Speed Drift on some accounts
Hi,
I have some friends unable to give skins from the Speed Drift event bcs they dont have the "Give" button at all. I was wondering why some accounts are restricted and if theres a way to lift this restriction bcs contacting the ingame support doesnt seem to help.

This is an intentional design for players who have performed illicit in-game purchases in the past.
