Trouble connecting to personal server (1.21) now with a picture

I have been having trouble loading in my minecraft server that me and my friends play on in 1.21, and it was working fine a day ago but all of the sudden when I went to boot it up, it can't connect. This is the result I get when loading it up in the server.jar gui:

Having trouble on where to go from here. I've looked up RAM adding and tried it, router reboot, signing out and back in, but to no avail. Any pointers?
