floating islands

i have seen the other posts already but increasing vertical quality didnt make any difference (screeshot taken with every quality set to extreme) , I am using latest commit as of this day from the server-side fork.

I have tried restarting my game, is it due to bad lod generation /compression or is it a setting i missed, im quite lost...
