267 Villagers stuck at 0, -63, 0

Can someone please help me figure out how to kill these villagers? There are below the bedrock on the server I host and I can't seem to kill them with weapons. Lava stops where the bedrock ends. These villagers are just in the void stacked on one another and WILL NOT DIE. I am not sure of a command or plugin that will give me access to the void to murder these guys. Pic for proof
