Custom item for shops
i am making a server shopkeeper where players can buy shopkeepers for their own shops
the item i wan to be is a enchanted emarled called Verified Or sth like that
that should be placed on an item frame on the shop entrance
(then the shop owner uses vanilla tweks to LOCK the item frame so no one remove it by wrong or sth)
also if there is a way that who places a this item on an item frame CANNOT BE removed except by him it will be great
