Over a year ago i stop playing PUBGM and i came back some time ago, but i can’t access my account because my login method (FaceBook) doesn’t work, when i login and put my info in, it says to do secondary verification and a code has been sent to my number…except i changed my phone number during the last year, so the secondary verification code is sent to a phone number which i no longer have access to. Is there anyway i can fix this problem? Can i possibly switch the phone number PUBGM sends the secondary verification to? Please help me.
Just show you guys know, I’ve tried the in game costumer service 5 times and the past months and they have not assisted me. If you have any questions to prove that this is account is mine, LET ME KNOW.

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
