Good /kit plugins?
Commands and overenchanted items aren’t working with essentialsx kits and I’m positive I formatted the commands in kits.ymf correctly. Any kit plug-ins out there that you’d recommend?

Playerkits is a free nice kit plugin, I've used this myself im the past: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/playerkits-fully-configurable-kits-1-8-1-20.75185/
Another one which is my daily driver would be CMI- CMI is a EssentialsX replacement which has done everything I have never needed- it got rid of like 10 plugins for me since it was built into CMI.

And adding the overenchanted items to the kit using playerkits should work?
it copy's your inventory directly, so all NBT, Enchants, custom items, etc will work with those plugins :)
U can add over enchants to essentials kits, and can also have it copy over the entire inventory directly as well
There’s a setting u have to enable, I think it’s called ‘allow unsafe enchants’ or something like that
