How can I report this cheater?

My friend found this dude in a Discord Server using cheats in a ranked match. Also he has a cheat that can give him every weapon skin I think. In the clip you can hear him say ''I don't care, I can open my ban. I can open, so easy''. I did try to submit a ticket but it says ''We can't find Ace #51220 in any of your last 20 matches''. Is there an other way to report him?
