So, this V-Core 3.1 300 started life as a standard V-Core 3 that was assembled by a guy who corners.
I've taken it apart, rebuilt it, got some good use, then decided to go with Toolhead 1.0 and beacon.
The printer has some resquaring needs, as it got jostled around as it got moved to its new printing area, but what I'm asking about are these ripples. They run along in bands from x=0 to x=300, in sequence along Y, with a strong dip near front. Any idea of what could have caused it? Each ripple by itself looks like +/- 0.02mm with a total bed deviation of .17mm, so not enough to be a problem
Like, did the previous owner have the Lord Of All Build Plate Crashes that caused rippling in the magnetic sheet and gave the aluminum bed, or an extrusion, a slight bend? Or am I looking at not straight y rails that are causing flexing in travel? I have no idea at this point
