Banned for emulator usage
i was recently banned for 10 years by pubg for violating their terms by using an emulator (bluestacks 5) to login and check my account as my main device is broken. Pubg mentions detecting the use of an emulator and says that youll be matched with other emulator players. How do i get my account unbanned considering ive already filed a claim? and if they say youll be matched with other emulator players how can they ban you for it?

Hello, @NovaFPS! Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service regardless of who was using the account. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
