I've been experiencing the same issue with runpod/pytorch:2.0.1-py3.10-cuda11.8.0-devel-ubuntu22.04, on IS-1, with 4090s. The container keep initializing repeatly

RunPod Pytorch 2.0.1 keeps showing initialization, and I tried restarting the pod but it didn't work. In the end, it terminated and I had to restart the pod to solve the problem

Yes, it keeps showing as initializing. I waited for a long time without any response and couldn't restart.
