Packetloss and Ping spike in mumbai and singapore server
I have been facing ping and packet loss issues in Valorant since may 2024 . My ping used to be 21ms with no packet loss and now i'm getting close to 30ms with packet loss. My latencies (Chennai, ACT FIBERNET) Used to be : 21ms Currently : 28ms (packet loss) My friends latencies (Hyderabad, ACT Fibernet) Used to be : 14ms Currently : 22ms (packet loss)
ig last week, riot did network maitenence but still am getting ping spike and packetloss in both mumbai server and singapore server, i did tracert for mumbai server ip, first two runing then 3-8 request time out and remaining 9-11 runing(image atttached below ) i said this to my ISP, they said because some address are hidden,
but i m not sure they saying true or not, it is true that some ip are hidden in tracert, i even did ping plotter for mumbai server ip address.
i sent the report of tracert of mumbai server to my ISP backend team, they said they only accept cmd tracert, and not third party(ping plotter), they also said, you getting below 1ms,2ms in tracert, you already have shortest distance from act to mumbai server.
then why im getting ping spike and pacektloss
