Spawning Red Striders in Overworld

Hello all! Taking some inspiration from Elder Scrolls, I decided to re-skin the Striders to make them look like "Guar" the bipedal reptilian mounts. I know spawning them in with NoAI makes it so they're Red/"Active", but is there a way I can have them spawn in with movement?
