Can't install Gnome-Tweaks

I am having an issue installing Gnome-tweaks. When I try to install it through the terminal, I get this error:

error: Checkout gnome-control-center-46.3-1.fc40.x86_64: Hardlinking ca/f9968a789692fa284b6ebfc40cd16d5351287e7abf7079799bde0290bfa5f4.file to bicycle.jpg: File exists

Any suggestions on how to fix this? Or maybe the better question is, can it be installed on Bazzite?
