526 error one of the domain's few api calls

Hello everyone, we are getting a 526 ssl certificate issue for a domain. not all apis are affacted but few apis specially post request giving us ceriticate error issue.. we use cloudflare for saas. we have other domain and it's working. also this issue only happening for some users. not for everyone...
