Noob Question, Can anyone help me Link Cloudflare Domain to Shopify Please?
Hi All I have purchased a Cloud Flare domain " Gloscandleco.uk " and I am trying to link it to my Shopify Store, I try to edit the DNS records and add the info:
A record: 23.227.38.65
AAAA record: 2620:0127:f00f:5::
CNAME: shops.myshopify.com.
However whenever I try to save the final CNAME record, I get the error message:
" An A, AAAA, or CNAME record with that host already exists. For more details, refer to https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/manage-dns-records/troubleshooting/records-with-same-name/. (Code: 81053) "
I am very very uneducated in these matters and unfortunately have no idea why I am getting this error message, I purchased my domain from Cloud flare after a simple google search suggested they were compatible.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, many thanks
