Is it like 99.9% chance of like 80 uc and 0.01% chance of 6000 uc or is there multiple like 80-200-500-1000-6000 etc

When you purchase 300 UC, you get a bonus amount of UC by random, 80 UC is guaranteed and you will get up to 6000 UC.
