Server Won't Start Anymore
running a small server to muck around with a friend. using shockbyte's new panel for it for the first time and after a lot of issues finally got the server up. server crashed from someone exceeding speedlimit and now it wont start up anymore it always gets stuck at this but theres no errors etc.
