Fresh Install FPS drops 700 to 30
7800x3d amd, 4070.
All other games don't stutter (Cs, elden, rust, etc..). Entered, went into the range, and every second it's going up and down between 700 and 30 fps. Highly and heavily appreciate the help. If there's more information, maybe screen shots of video settings (even though if I put em at the very lowest / low res, no change) let me know please.
