Rcheck by any chance valorant is muted in your sounds
Swell, valorant audio uses the windows selected audio device at the moment but the voice chat uses any device you want it to the speaker / headphone you specifically select for it (or you can select system default)
basically, you might have the right audio device in voice chat settings but not your pcs audio
