anyone else had Shockbyte server issue?
I've recently bought a subscription for the Shockbyte server hosting service but ran into a weird problem that I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced...
So I've had a subscription before with this group, a 10GB server for modded fun with friends. Where as soon as I purchased it, it was up and ready to be set with the mods we were using and running right away.
However after ending the subscription for that back in FEB. we recently decided to play again, so I bought a 9GB yesterday but the server STILL is telling me that theyre loading things for me. You can see the SS i took below for reference. Even refreshing the page doesnt seem to help and I had this page open all day today and last night... Shockbytes staff hasnt responded to my ticket that I started yesterday two hours after my server was "active".
Everywhere I look I cant find any solutions. Anyone else seeing/had this before? What did you do to fix?
