ACCOUNT HACKED via recovery method my hacker

My account was hacked on 6/08/2024 through recovery method. Someone puts a fake claim on my account and i don't know how PUBG mobile just approves his request. Now when i try to put a recovery claim in says that you have a successfull claim now you can try after 3 months. I have all the proofs that the account belongs to me. When i try to contect PUBG mobile support on redit it says not to post repeted request. Now what should i do. I try to email PUBG mobile but still no response. I have done everything but no response from PUBG mobile. All that TIME and MONEY is wasted. PUBG is not intrested in his player. All thay want is just money. I have spend alot on my account and now it belongs to someone else just because of PUBG.

If you received do not post repeated request on subreddit, that means you have previously created a post and has been answered.
If you already contacted the customer service by e-mail, please wait patiently for a response from them.
