Valorant doesn't launch, need help?

Hi, there is someone I know has this problem when pressing play it grayed out but doesn't pop up any window just a process in task manager (Windows 10)
already tried :
check for any gpu driver update
disable full screen optimization, and run as administrator
deleting Valorant file in AppData/Local
disabling all services except vgc

does anyone have any suggestion or fix to that ?
