PC keeps freezing when I alt tab on VALORANT

What is up with this alt tab screen freeze thing on VALORANT, I have been given so many penalties because of it freezing mid game and having to restart my whole computer for this.

I'm on Windows 11
Specs: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090, AMD Ryzen 9 7950x3D, 128 GB DDR5 RAM @ 6000MHz, 6 TB Storage, 1250W Power Supply.
