System Update Conflicts with Mesa

Hi, I'm running 
ujust update
 and I noticed there were conflicts with mesa and resulted in the update being skipped. Unfortunately I'm not sure what could've caused this. Is there a way I can clean this up so that these updates can be applied? system update output attached:
