Ubuntu works only 1 minute then freezing

Hello

Ubuntu works only 1 minute then freezing (not react on mouse)
Total restart helps (but works only 1 minute then freezing):
./start-ubuntu22.sh
vncserver-start

Should i buy modded-OS. Why it is happen ?
