When I bored and memeing I run, Snowball, Prepare to Die and Pursuer it's funny
Lowkey though my favourite build is either A: Build Up, Steel Skin and Guardian Angel or B: Snowball, Steel Skin and Guardian Angel
Zamasu what I typically go for is either 1 - 2 or 1 to lvl 2 then either 1 or 3 depends on what they have
Usually I run snowball steel skin and limit breaking jump just to get trinity force
I also Run Flash of Lightning, Solid Shield and Limit Breaking Jump.

what do you usually level up first for zam
typically i go for dash first then the slow second
then the aoe just to have it then the ult
then i go for max dash first and max slow second
Idk i don't go dash till lvl 8 π€·ββοΈ
I lvl up 1 to lvl 3 then 3 to lvl 3 then 2 to 1 and lvl 3 ult
for lvl 11
so 1 twice, 3 once, ult, 3, 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 2, 2

so you focus on leveling up Heavenly Arrow with Divine Rush being the least important?
Divine rush is great, situational cause it's a punish tool and requires you to have great positioning and awareness, so for most people it's not the best to level up initially if you and your team aren't able to follow up on it.
Where would you rank zamazu as a tank
