2FA support ticket response
How long does it take for CF to respond to a 2FA support query, ive verified the metas on the domains nearly 5 days ago and responded to the ticket yet no response as of yet. Ticket 01037998
EA few days would have been my expectation, I've added that ticket to the escalation queue so someone should look soon
ESomeone from Support let me know they got back to you @AlexS4 and will be taking care of the ticket
Athanks @Erisa i had an odd response back asking for a list of which account i had added the meta values to, even though CF provided the list, in anycase ive responded giving the list to the technician so hopefully this will get resolved.
