You'll need to grab the error logs from the Panel. The following command uploads the last 150 lines of this day's log to our pastebin and provides a link you can share.

Jexactyl doesn't work with blueprint, you can either install a clean installation of pterodactyl+blueprint or keep stock Jexactyl
I wanna delete blueprint
And keep my jexaxtyl
There are servers running
I cant delete that
Pls help me with this issue
Running an update will probably fix your issue

Are you able to backup the entire server?
If yes, do a backup
Then copy the .env file to a safe place, remove the Jexactyl folder, proceed with a normal installation, and at the before the database setup step, move your .env back
