You'll need to grab the error logs from the Panel. The following command uploads the last 150 lines of this day's log to our pastebin and provides a link you can share.
tail -n 150 /var/www/pterodactyl/storage/logs/laravel-$(date +%F).log | nc pteropaste.com 99

Jexactyl doesn't work with blueprint, you can either install a clean installation of pterodactyl+blueprint or keep stock Jexactyl

Are you able to backup the entire server? If yes, do a backup Then copy the .env file to a safe place, remove the Jexactyl folder, proceed with a normal installation, and at the before the database setup step, move your .env back

You should do this, but at your own risk As I said, I've never worked with Jexactyl
