Incorrect ban, please help
Hi, 2 days ago I got banned because it says I use cheats, and I don't use cheats. It was a wrong ban. Can someone help me with this? I've already sent many emails and they don't do anything. Thanks.

Solution
Cheating bans are permanent. So it is impossible for you to be banned for that reason.
There are multiple different reasons to why you could have been banned
a) Playing with a cheater for more than three games
b) Using the third party software to modify your display or mouse or etc
c) Modifying or reverse analyzing game files (Including Vanguard)
