RANK RATING ??

I wanted to know how is my rr calculated after match cause me and my friend are both at bronze 1 similar gameplay and when I get 20 kills and winning along him at 2nd position in team I get 12rr and he gets 23rr even my avg combat score is high and when we loose doesn't matter who has more frags I will get a higher negative such. As -24 etc
