I can't buy valo points

I have tried to pay for 10 dollars of Valo points. I have tried Paypal, my credit card, etc. Whenever I'm trying, it takes forever to load, like 10+ minutes, and it still doesn't go through. I wrote everything correctly, my internet is genuinely fast, and I had nothing in the background running. I closed practically everything. I'm not sure what to do here. Yes I tried restarting my pc.
