Multiple Valorant issues need fixing
Hello! I've played valorant a few years ago with no problems. I've redownloaded it, but multiple problems have showed up.
1) the load up into the application (from desktop to load screen) is extremely slow, about 5 minutes on average
2) The loading to the main menu (from load screen to lobby) is also extremely slow, 10-15 minutes on average
3) When getting into a game and choosing my agent, after chosing the agent and locking in my choice, my game freezes, more like its running at 0-1 pfs
4) the loading into the game (from the loading screen to the actual match) is very slow, 5 minutes on average
5) If I alt+tab out of the match, it will freeze my computer and I can move anything else. I can't even tab back into the game and I have to unplug my pc to turn it off
I've tried talking to Riot about the situation and they told me to download a riot repair tool, do a clean boot and diable everything in that clean boot setting except vgc. After doing so, my computer forgot my pin and started acting buggy to try and reset it, causing me to factory reset my pc. After all of this and a redownload of the game and client, the problem still persists. I am no longer going to ask Riot support, as they only made things worse for me, so I am here.
