My friend uses obs replay buffer. We use party chat in valorant. How can I make it so that my friend can get game sounds in his video butt not my voice?

You cant.
The other way is to use discord and ask your friend to set settings to game sound only
Alternatively record multiple audio tracks at the same time and mute the one with your voice after :p (if you use discord or any app thats not valorant ingame chat)
If we use discord how can he mute it?
set the obs settings so that you have multiple inputs.
works very well with "VoiceMeeter" (free audio software)
you can just mute the one input with discord
