How Control TDP On rog ally ?

I installed bazzite on rog ally and everything looks good so far except for the tdp I don't see change when i switch from 10w to 20 it's the same battery drain and its says 17watt in use

Second there are two settings change the tdp on from steam overlay and the other from daemon
