Hello, @XYZ • PEPPY •! Sea Treasury is located beneath the Forsaken Ruins. You need to light all the pillars at its entrance to open it and obtain the treasure inside.
If your achievement mission does not count after entering the Sea Treasury, please record a video of completing the achievement mission and a recording of your achievements where it does not count.
