Problems with smoothing the surface of ASA and ASA GF
Hello. I'm currently making measuring surfaces for shrinkage measurements. I'm using 3do ASA and ASA GF, Makita Blue. I'm printing with a Minion with an Orbiter, Rapido 2plus uhf, cht bimetall volcano 0.4 combo in a heated case. But it's only heated up to start with and then no more, I need a controller for that. Strangely, it only smooths the corners and then it looks as if material has been scraped off. Is the object shrinking because I'm not reheating it or do I have too little flow to smooth it with the cht? What could be wrong? Please help.
