World Clipping?

I have the world pre-generated with Chunky, and the mod works overall with no issues. But when I'm flying, sometimes this will happen, and I have to stay still for it to fix itself. I've tried putting the CPU usage to Agressive and to up the distance number, but then I start moving fast again, and it happens again. Is there any config I should alter to stop it?
