Cloudflare IP marked as malicious - enterprises banning IP

Hi, our customers' IT teams have started blacklisting a CF IP because it's listed here:
https://www.virustotal.com/gui/ip-address/188.114.96.3/detection

This means our services cannot be accessed anymore by our users who get routed to that IP.

How can we resolve this?
