Can't buy VP..

When i try to buy VP, i get this error, searched on the internet for any solution and did everything that i've found, Restarting my PC, Reinstalling, closing the game and riot clients and log back in etc, but nothing worked. Can't buy any VP offer. The error appeared yesterday when i tried to buy VP.
