You cannot gift a friend a Royale Pass with your in-game UC credit, the only way is to purchase it inside the game or via Midasbuy with real world currency.

No. You cant use your account uc to send royal pass. You have To add uc in his account or gift royal pass from your game but it will cost you additional money.
