Mumbai server ping problem - ASN 17470 - Sri Lanka Hutchison ISP

Suddenly my games ping in mumbai server is double it always been between 50-70ms but its now at 120. Im playing sg server, basically its unplayable there . Went from gold i to bronze iii. Hs are now fantasy and im keep getting tped right to the bullet of our enemies. Only way to get kills are using cypher trips only and its also super hard since bullet works wierd on sg server.
