How do I set an Origin Rule for a DNS record?

I want to create a DNS record origin rule to redirect traffic if connecting from a specific IP address. However, when I click the "Create rule" button in the Dashboard, the page only seems to allow me to create a "Change Port" origin rule. Am I missing something?
