it is possible to run purge everything cache via api?

There is a problem when launching technical works. CF caches 502 errors. After shutting down the tech job continues to give clients 502 errors from the cache. I have to clean it manually.
We would like to purge the cache immediately after shutdown of technical work by accessing the necessary api.
