Account Locked but why?? (Section 7)
One day, I was playing GTA V story mode with a (GTA) mod menu (Cherax) and I opened Valorant to check what's in my store. After some days I got this message that my account is locked bc of a third-party app. This program is a third-party app that's okay, but it isn't even associated with Valorant. I mean, if I do something bad in Fortnite, I don't get banned in GTA. I tried everything, including contacting Riot Support twice. The first time, we had two interactions, but they closed the ticket after thier last response in a few hours and said they would research my account in the next 3-4 days. The second time, they said they had already resolved my issue and closed the ticket.
I didn’t even receive a clear reason or response, like, "Hey, you cheated in another game, but it still violates our TOS, so your lock will remain." Even though it isn’t in the TOS that using something in other games will result in a ban, it seems my account was unfairly locked.
Does anyone have an idea of what I should do? Should I open another ticket and keep contacting them, or what? I haven’t even played ranked, just with friends for fun and because I wanted to buy the Protocol skin pack with my VP on the account.
